COP31 Fellowship Program 2026

The COP31 Fellowship is a fully funded international program designed to prepare and support young climate leaders from the Global South to participate in COP31 negotiations. It includes a three-phase structure with virtual training, participation at COP31 in Türkiye, and a local impact phase after the conference. Fellows receive comprehensive financial support including travel, accommodation, stipend, health insurance, and mentorship.

Round-trip international airfare, accommodation in Türkiye, daily meals and local transport stipend, international health insurance, mentorship and training, and global networking opportunities.

Applicants should be aged 15-30, from Global South countries, and able to participate in all program phases, with English or Spanish language ability and a demonstrated involvement in climate action or related initiatives.
