The Empowering AWIU Global Micro-Grants 2026 provide funding for women-led grassroots organizations to support time-bound, community-driven initiatives focused on education, health, and economic empowerment. Grants are intended for small-scale projects that deliver measurable results within a defined timeframe and are led by women or organizations focused on women’s empowerment.

Funding for specific, clearly defined activities within a time-bound project, enabling measurable outcomes for women’s empowerment.

Projects must be led by women or organizations focused on women’s empowerment, be concrete and clearly defined, time-limited (up to 12 months), and demonstrate measurable outcomes with two verifiable references.
