The LIFT Digital Cinema Residency 2026 offers an on-site, full-time residency for emerging filmmakers and artists to develop a new digital cinema work at the LIFT facility in Toronto. The program provides mentorship, facilities, and a funded placement to work on production and post-production of a digital cinema piece over roughly three months.

Financial support for living and project costs, access to equipment and facilities, on-site studio space, and mentorship.

申请资格

Emerging filmmakers and artists aged 18–30, who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or refugees, residing in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) or within commuting distance, have completed post-secondary studies, and do not have an immediate family or prior working relationship with the employer.

Submit a proposal and/or artist statement, CV, budget, up to three sample works, accessibility accommodations, and two work-related references.
