The EU:CD Fellowship is a six-month, non-residential programme combining online engagement with two in-person gatherings, aimed at experts to pursue policy-relevant research and engage with EU institutions. Fellows work on policy-relevant outputs and have opportunities to collaborate with senior officials and international peers in a Brussels-based policy environment.

Travel and accommodation for in-person meetings; opportunities to conduct policy-relevant research, develop outputs (papers, briefs, webinars), and engage with EU institutions; editorial guidance and platforms for outputs.

申请资格

Applications are welcome from all countries outside the EU and EEA; there are no age or seniority restrictions. The programme seeks candidates working in government, international organisations, civil society, academia, or private sector with demonstrable relevance of cyber and/or digital developments.
