Youth Challenge International (YCI) Research & Learning Fellow 2026

Applications are open for the Youth Challenge International (YCI) Research & Learning Fellow 2026. The fellowship supports research, learning and reporting on the design and impact of HerStart, focusing on topics such as women’s empowerment, climate action and social entrepreneurship. Fellows gain international hands-on experience, training and networking opportunities with YCI and its partners.

Professional international experience with YCI, pre-departure training and ongoing health and safety support; opportunity to work on gender equality, climate action and social entrepreneurship; skill development in research, report writing and cross-cultural communication; access to a global network of fellows and partners.

Canadian citizen or permanent resident; fluent or professional level English; enrolled in or graduated from a post-secondary institution; ability to commit to the full placement; contribute to the HerStart Catalyst Fund.
