BAI XIAN Scholarship 2026 at Seoul National University

The BAI XIAN Scholarship 2026 at Seoul National University is a scholarship for international applicants enrolling in the Global Master of Public Administration (MPA) at Seoul National University. It combines academic training with leadership development and global networking, spanning 16–17 months with a mix of online and on-campus study beginning in September 2026 and concluding in December 2027.
