The Nasreddin Hocalı International Nasreddin Hoca Cartoon Contest is an international competition for cartoonists to create works on the theme Nasreddin Hocalı İnsan Hakları. The 46th edition invites participation from cartoonists worldwide, with multiple prize categories including a first prize of 2,000 USD and several runner-up and special prizes. Submissions must be made by email and follow specified guidelines including original, hand-drawn works on A4 or A3 size; entries drawn in 2026 are required and the artists must include personal details and a short biography with each submission.
