Fulbright Yüksek Lisans ve Doktora Bursu

The Fulbright Yüksek Lisans ve Doktora Bursu is a scholarship program supporting Turkish graduates to pursue master’s or doctoral studies at United States universities. It covers tuition, living expenses, health insurance, and travel for up to one academic year (with potential renewal for a second year) based on academic progress and program calendar. The program targets Turkish citizens for study in the United States and includes academic advising and support services through the Fulbright Commission in Turkey.

Tuition and fees, living expenses, university health insurance, travel support, and related program costs up to the stated amount per academic year; potential continuation for a second year subject to performance.

Open to graduates or students who will graduate from an undergraduate program by July 2027 and who are applying for master’s or doctoral study in the United States.

Applications are submitted online through the Fulbright Commission’s system (Slate platform).
