Young Professionals in Foreign Policy Leadership Fellowship 2025-2026

The Young Professionals in Foreign Policy Leadership Fellowship is a leadership development program for emerging talent in foreign policy and international affairs. Selected Fellows serve in senior leadership roles within YPFP, contributing to management and program areas, and receive a stipend for their leadership. The fellowship lasts 18 months with a start in September 2025 and an end in January 2027.

Fellows will receive a stipend for their leadership in the management of YPFP.

Candidates should be rising leaders in foreign policy or nonprofit management, with 3-5 years of experience, and be able to commit 15-20 hours per week for the full duration of the 18-month fellowship. Applicants must be located in one of YPFP's branch cities and be 22-32 years old.
