The Eighth Underwater Communications and Networking Conference (UComms) brings together researchers and professionals in underwater communications and networks to review the state-of-the-art and discuss performance constraints and trade-offs, with the aim of catalyzing standards for interoperability. The event has technical sponsorship from IEEE and its proceedings are anticipated to be indexed in major databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Ei Compendex, DBLP and Google Scholar.
