IST Austria Scientific Internships 2027

IST Austria offers scientific internships for undergraduate and graduate students to conduct research in the natural and mathematical sciences at IST Austria. The program provides hands-on research experience under supervision in fields including biology, computer science, data science and scientific computing, mathematics, neuroscience and physics. The internship is paid and targets students pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees who want to gain experience working with leading researchers in Austria.

Monthly stipend (EUR 1,184) and supervision by IST Austria researchers; hands-on research experience

All nationalities are eligible; candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject.
