Leading Change Fellowship 2025 for Canadian Youth

The Leading Change Fellowship is a five-month virtual program designed to empower young people aged 19-35 residing across Canada to become leaders in sustainability. Participants engage in training and hands-on projects across three pillars: cooperation in business, environmental resilience, and financial wellbeing, with additional opportunities to connect with peers, experts, and participate in related summits.

Education and training to become a more purposeful leader; connection with peers from across regions and sectors; access to experts in Canada; access to Leading Change Summit and GLOBE Forum in February 2026 in Vancouver (subject to full participation); access to the Leading Change Alumni Network; opportunity for a select group to facilitate a workshop at Leading Change Summit.

Applicants need to reside in Canada for the duration of the Fellowship; be between the ages of 19-35; be passionate about sustainability and able to commit to the duration of the program.
