GBG recrute un Consultant RH

The GBG seeks a Human Resources consultant to review, update and contextualize the Human Resources Manual for APHRC-WARO to ensure compliance with Senegalese Labour Law, ECOWAS regional rules, and best practices for HR in NGOs and research institutions. The consultant will revise the HR manual, analyze applicable regulations, compare policies with similar organizations, and develop comprehensive HR policies and procedures.

MBA in Human Resources or equivalent; at least 12 years of experience in HR leadership, with 5–7 years in strategic roles in the public sector or NGOs in Senegal and abroad; strong knowledge of Senegalese labour law and ECOWAS standards; experience in HR transformation projects and policy drafting in NGOs or international organizations; fluency in French and English.

Consultants must submit a detailed CV, a technical proposal describing methodology, plan and timeline (max 5 pages), and at least two references of previous similar assignments.
