Termes de référence pour le recrutement d’un auditeur – SYCEBNL

The terms of reference outline the recruitment of an auditor to implement the non-profit accounting system (SYCEBNL) for HI in Senegal. The assignment involves assisting Humanité & Inclusion (HI) to align HI’s accounting system with SYCEBNL requirements, train staff on new practices, and support opening and reporting of financial statements under the SYCEBNL framework. The consultant or accounting firm will work over an estimated 4 to 6 months, based in Dakar with possible remote work.

Budget details will be elaborated to cover consultant fees, trainings, and tools.

The consultant must be a qualified chartered accountant or accounting firm registered with the Senegalese national accounting body, with experience in NGO missions and strong knowledge of SYCEBNL and OHADA obligations.
