The call invites experienced professionals to conduct an in-depth impact assessment of the Fonds « La Francophonie avec Elles » over a 40-day mission spanning July to November 2025. The assignment focuses on identifying funded initiatives, measuring economic outcomes such as income and employment, and producing strategic insights and case studies to guide future actions and communication.

申请资格

Bachelor-level or higher with at least 10 years of experience in impact evaluation, economic analysis, and entrepreneurship; strong mastery of French (English is a plus).
