The position is a permanent risk and compliance controller role at NSIA Assurances Gabon. It involves contributing to the internal control plan, piloting the internal control framework, and strengthening the company's risk management and anti-money laundering measures. The candidate should have a Bac +4/5 in commerce, finances, audit or related fields, with at least two years of experience in internal/external audit or permanent control within financial services.

BAC + 4/5 (Commerce, Finances, Audit, Contrôle de Gestion ou équivalent); 2 ans minimum d’expérience en audit interne/externe, contrôle permanent dans une banque, une compagnie d’assurance ou un cabinet d’audit.
