Graça Machel Trust Women Creating Wealth-Intergenerational (WCW-I) Program 2025

The Graça Machel Trust Women Creating Wealth-Intergenerational (WCW-I) Program 2025 is an online capacity-building program for women entrepreneurs. It aims to develop business readiness, market access, financial management, and growth planning through coaching, toolkits, and a supportive network, with certification upon completion at WCW Country Forums.

Access to practical business skills, toolkits, growth strategy development, technical coaching, a supportive entrepreneurial network, visibility and recognition, and long-term sustainable business development.

Open to young and established women operating a business in Kenya, Malawi, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, or Zambia; aged 18 and above; with secondary education completed; annual turnover between USD 10,000 and 500,000; at least 2 years of business experience; not currently in another entrepreneurship support program; and employing at least 5 young people.

Online program delivered via a Learning Management System, including self-learning sessions, coaching, peer learning, and virtual networking; there may be opportunities for face-to-face workshops.
