The Atlantic Fellows for Social Equity (AFSE) Program is an Indigenous-centred fellowship based at the University of Melbourne and supported by Waipapa Taumata Rau University of Auckland. It aims to build a network of Indigenous leaders and allies to drive Indigenous-led social change across Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, and Pacific Island nations. The program includes a Foundation Year with a tuition-fee-free master’s degree and extensive support, followed by a Lifelong Fellowship with ongoing funding and network access.

Fee-free master's degree, covered costs for travel and accommodation, stipends, academic and mentoring support, mental health services, disability support, lifelong network membership, and funding for social change initiatives.

Indigenous peoples and allies with mid-career experience, who meet the specified criteria, may apply.
