World Bank Young Professionals Program 2027-2028

The World Bank Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a highly selective, two-year fellowship/training program designed to recruit and develop exceptionally qualified individuals for technical and managerial roles within the World Bank Group. It provides a structured development curriculum, on-the-job experience through rotational assignments, and integration into the World Bank, IFC, and MIGA with accompanying benefits such as salary and comprehensive insurance. The program targets young professionals with strong leadership potential and experience in fields related to international development, including economics, finance, education, health, engineering, urban planning, agriculture, and natural resources.
