European Partnership One Health Antimicrobial Resistance (OHAMR) – Call: Treatments and adherence to treatment protocols

The European Partnership One Health Antimicrobial Resistance (OHAMR) Call 'Treatments and adherence to treatment protocols' supports interdisciplinary, cross‑border research projects addressing antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Projects are consortium-based (minimum three, maximum six partners from at least three participating partner countries) and aim to develop innovative treatments, assess impacts of veterinary/agricultural antimicrobial use, and inform policy. The funding covers projects of 36 months duration with national/regional funders financing their own researchers and co‑funding by the European Union. The FWF participates as one of the national funding organisations and can fund eligible Austrian project leaders.

Project funding (maximum 450,000 € for FWF project leaders) for up to 36 months; cross‑national consortium support and EU co‑financing.

Researchers at universities, non‑university research institutions and relevant industrial research departments active in AMR research. Projects must include between three and six partners from at least three participating partner countries, and each researcher is funded by their respective national/regional funding organisation.

Two‑stage submission via the Joint Call Secretariat (concept proposals then full proposals). Additionally, administrative and financial data plus scientific abstracts must be submitted to FWF via the elane system in the specified program categories and by the stated local Vienna deadlines. A single joint coordinator document is submitted to the central Call Secretariat.
