China Government Scholarship — Bilateral Short-term Study School Projects (2026)

The China Government Scholarship Bilateral Short-term Study School Projects (2026) supports hosted short-term study programmes for international students and visiting scholars at Chinese institutions. Projects are cohort-based study programs lasting not less than 14 days and not more than 3 months and are intended to promote education, science and talent development. Funding from the national scholarship covers tuition, on-campus accommodation, living allowances and comprehensive medical insurance according to the attached standards.

Host project participants should be international students (undergraduate level and above), in-service teachers, or young researchers from mainly developed countries in Europe and America and countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative; excludes students already studying abroad under various national programs.

Colleges prepare and submit the completed 2026 China Government Scholarship Bilateral Short-term Study School Projects application form; electronic version must be sent to foreignstudents@tjfsu.edu.cn with subject 'CollegeName + Short-term Study School Application' and paper copies signed and stamped submitted to the International Exchange Office by the college contact before the deadline.
