IEEE ICC 2027 Travel Grants

The IEEE ICC 2027 Travel Grants are competitive travel-reimbursement awards offered to students and other participants to attend the IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) 2027. Grants include a limited number of student travel awards (in US dollars) for students who have registered and co-authored an accepted paper, and additional IEEE Communications Society Conference Travel Grants (CTG) for participants with demonstrated financial need. Awards are paid as reimbursements after the conference subject to submission of expense reports and receipts.

Student travel grants: applicants must be student members of the IEEE Communications Society, be co-authors of an accepted paper and present it in person, and be full-time students registered toward a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. CTG: applicants must be ComSoc members, conference participants, demonstrate lack of sufficient funding from other sources, and priority is given to authors/presenters, those in low-GDP countries, and young professionals for certain grants.

Applicants submit an online application (link forthcoming) and provide ComSoc student membership number, CV, advisor supporting letter, student statement, conference registration confirmation, and estimated travel costs; submissions are evaluated competitively and awards are paid as reimbursements after the event.
