IEEE PIMRC 2027 Student Travel Grants and IEEE ComSoc Conference Travel Grants (CTG)

The IEEE PIMRC 2027 Student Travel Grants provide competitive travel reimbursement awards to student authors who register and co-author an accepted paper and present it in person at IEEE PIMRC 2027. The IEEE Communications Society also offers Conference Travel Grants (CTG) that provide partial financial support for participation in IEEE ComSoc conferences for eligible participants unable to secure sufficient funding. Awards are paid as reimbursement after the conference upon submission of expense reports and receipts.

Travel reimbursement (amounts TBD); reimbursement after conference upon submission of expense report and receipts; may cover conference registration, airfare, and hotel (estimate requested).

Student travel grants: applicants must be IEEE Communications Society student members, co-authors of an accepted IEEE PIMRC 2027 paper, present the paper in person, be full-time students registered toward a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and must not have received a ComSoc student travel grant in the past twelve months. CTG: applicants must be ComSoc members, conference participants, and unable to obtain sufficient funding from their institution or other sources.

Prepare ComSoc student membership number, CV, advisor supporting letter, student statement, conference registration confirmation number, and travel cost estimate; submit application via the application link when available.
