Spring 2016 U.S. Alumni Travel Awards

The Spring 2016 U.S. Alumni Travel Awards provide partial support up to $1,500 for national or international conference expenses for alumni of the U.S. Amgen Scholars Program. The funding is disbursed in two installments: 75% before conference attendance and 25% after submission of a conference report. Winners are selected based on eligibility, financial need, and the importance of the conference to the applicant’s scientific development.

Financial support for conference-related expenses (up to $1,500).

Alumni of the U.S. Amgen Scholars Program who are selected to participate in an upcoming research conference and who are currently enrolled in a graduate STEM program (PhD, MD/PhD or master’s), or are undergraduate alumni presenting Amgen Scholar research.
