Deutsch-französisch-tunesische Fortbildung Resilienz in der Jugendarbeit

A trilateral training programme for youth work professionals from Germany, France and Tunisia focused on strengthening resilience in youth work practice. The programme combines method workshops, intercultural exchange and practical tools across three modules to build individual and team resilience and develop transferable practices. Participants form a trilateral network and work on applying the 7 resilience factors to professional contexts.

Accommodation, meals and programme included per module; travel cost reimbursement according to DFJW rules; translation provided.
