THCS Joint Transnational Call 2025

The THCS Partnership – Transforming Health and Care Services launched its third transnational joint call to fund research and innovation projects. The call targets topics on strengthening primary and community health and care systems and systemic approaches to modernising primary and community care, co-financed under Horizon Europe. It involves 34 funding agencies across Europe and beyond, with Portugal represented by FCT, AICIB and CCDRC, and aims to support transnational project proposals.
