Intersector

Intersector is an interdisciplinary colloquium organized by the Facultad de Ingeniería at UNAM, bringing together humanities, science and technology to explore the relationship between creativity, engineering and technology. The event features talks and discussions across artistic and technical disciplines and invites students, faculty and the public to engage with new ways of thinking about sound, smell, and the use of computational tools in creative contexts. It is held on 1 September 2026 from 9:00 to 15:00 at the Auditorio Javier Barros Sierra, Facultad de Ingeniería, UNAM.

Participation in interdisciplinary discussions and exposure to cross-domain conversations between art, engineering and humanities.

Open to students, faculty and members of the public who are interested.

No formal application required; attendees can join on-site with free admission.
