Tech Policy Press Fellowship Program 2027

The Tech Policy Press Fellowship Program 2027 is a year-long, part-time fellowship for mid-career journalists, researchers, and public policy professionals to pursue independent reporting and analysis at the intersection of technology and democracy. Fellows operate remotely, contribute regular analysis or reporting, and participate in a structured program with editorial guidance and cohort sessions. The fellowship provides a stipend and a collaborative environment to develop public-interest work.

Open to journalists, researchers, lawyers, and public policy professionals with an interest in tech policy and democracy; applicants from the Global Majority and underrepresented communities are encouraged.
