NYU CERA PhD Scholarship

The NYU CERA PhD Scholarship is a fully funded doctoral research opportunity at NYU Tandon School of Engineering affiliated with the CERA Lab, MAE department and CUSP. It supports interdisciplinary research on climate risk, infrastructure resilience and AI- and physics-based computational methods. The position offers cohort-style PhD training and research support for candidates working on problems such as flooding, wildfire, remote sensing, generative AI for hazard modeling, optimization and uncertainty-aware decision-making.
