UNICEF Education Manager – Kinshasa, DRC

The UNICEF Education Manager position involves providing technical guidance and operational support to strengthen national education systems, with emphasis on inclusive primary and early childhood education. It requires leadership in program design, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to deliver Results-based Education programming in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role typically includes coordination with government partners, UN agencies, and donors to advance educational outcomes for disadvantaged children.

An advanced university degree in education, economics, psychology, sociology or another relevant field; a minimum of eight years of professional experience in program planning, technical and financial management, and/or research in education; fluency in French and English.
