Traineeships at the ECML

The European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) recruits trainees for a six-month paid training period. There are four specialist areas corresponding to different trainee profiles: website specialization, programme and logistics specialization, documentation specialization, and finances and general administration specialization. The ECML is a body of the Council of Europe that supports language policies and innovative language teaching approaches.

Monthly stipend (EUR 765) plus potential insurance coverage adjustments; six-month paid traineeship with specialist orientations.

Citizens or residents of ECML member states; holds a bachelor’s degree; proficiency in English or French is advantageous.
