NAIC Women in Alternatives UP Fellowship Program 2025

The NAIC Women in Alternatives UP Fellowship Program supports professional development for mid-career ethnically diverse women in the alternative investments industry through mentorship and workshops over a six-month program. It pairs fellows with senior executive mentors and provides a series of professional development workshops and webinars led by leaders in the industry.

UP Fellows are mid-career ethnically diverse women; they should have 7-12 years of experience in the alternative investments industry and are committed to growing their careers in alternatives.
