Prestigious Global Mentorship Programme 2026

The Prestigious Global Mentorship Programme is a mentorship initiative by GELA that identifies, trains, mentors, and deploys youth leaders aged 18–35 across various sectors, with a focus on employability skills and high-profile career mentorship. Selected participants receive mentorship from international mentors, access to a 3-month curriculum-based learning, and potential post-completion opportunities such as internships or jobs. The programme aims to foster leadership among socioeconomically disadvantaged youths and offers a pathway to certification upon completion.
