Request for Proposals: Grand Challenges Canada Play Learn Thrive 2025

Grand Challenges Canada, with funding from The LEGO Foundation, is launching a funding call named Play Learn Thrive to support early childhood development and education in emergencies. It seeks solutions that strengthen support systems for children from birth to 12 years in complex crisis settings, specifically in four countries. The funding is awarded in two tracks: Proof of Concept and Transition to Scale, to develop and scale innovative approaches in ECDiE and EiE.

Grants to develop and scale early childhood development and education in emergencies innovations, with funding support for activities over 24 months.

Applying organizations must be not-for-profit, legally incorporated, with active presence and operations in at least one of the four priority countries and be registered to do business there.
