信息

The Climate Impacts Awards is a Wellcome funding scheme that supports transdisciplinary research to make the health effects of climate change visible and to drive urgent climate policy action. It funds projects that generate or synthesise evidence on climate-related physical and mental health outcomes, and that articulate a clear theory of change and policy engagement. The scheme supports research that includes economic analysis of health damages from climate change and requires engaged research approaches involving policy-makers and affected communities. Awards are cohort-based and competitive, with around 10–15 grants made.
