IsDB Young Professionals Program

The IsDB Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a cohort-based entry-level professional development programme that places participants on professional assignments within the Islamic Development Bank and its regional hubs. It provides a two-year training curriculum, field rotations, missions to Member Countries, coaching and mentoring, and opportunities to work on development projects and Islamic finance mechanisms. Participants are integrated into a global network of professionals focused on sustainable development across IsDB Member Countries. The programme includes accredited technical and soft-skills training and expects participants to contribute to Bank work from their first assignment.
