Technovation Challenge

The Technovation Challenge is a global programme in which young people build technology and AI solutions to address problems in their communities. Participants work in teams with volunteer mentors and follow a curriculum to design, develop and pitch projects. The programme is delivered through local Chapters and Clubs but participation is not mandatory via a local partner. It aims to develop coding, leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills among students.

Skills development in coding, leadership, teamwork and problem-solving; alumni report increased pursuit of STEM degrees and career impact.

Young people and students (referred to as girls and mentors in parts of the site) may participate in teams with a mentor; local Chapters and Clubs support participation but are not mandatory.

Teams and mentors sign up through the Technovation participant portal (signup link provided on the site) and may connect with local Chapters or Clubs for support.
