Women Lift Health Southern Africa Signature Leadership Journey 2025

The Women Lift Health Southern Africa Signature Leadership Journey 2025 is a 12-month, fully-funded leadership development program for mid-career women in health. It brings together women leaders from diverse disciplines and sectors in Southern Africa to enhance leadership presence, voice, and influence, with support from peers, mentors, and coaches. The program aims to build inclusive networks and provide contextual tools to address challenges in global public health.

Fully funded participation for 12 months; mentorship from peers, mentors and coaches; access to networks and leadership development tools; opportunities to engage with diverse sectors and disciplines in health.

Identify as a woman; mid-career leader with 10-25 years of work experience; citizen/resident of Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, eSwatini, Zambia, or Zimbabwe; work in public health policy, practice, and/or research; fluent in English; time-zone alignment within CAT +/-1 hour for most sessions.
