VIA Global Community Fellowship Program 2024/2025

The VIA Global Community Fellowship Program is a 13-15 month funded fellowship for recent university graduates and professionals. Fellows work at NGOs, schools, universities, and social enterprises across Asia to support community development, capacity-building, and education. The program includes training, hands-on field work, and cross-cultural learning opportunities with local partners.

Training, cross-cultural experience, hands-on field work with local partners, living stipend, housing, medical/evacuation insurance, intra-Asia travel, and language study grants at some posts.

Open to starting and experienced professionals who have completed at least a 4-year undergraduate degree by their post start date. Eligibility may be reviewed case-by-case for non-US citizens due to visa/work-permit restrictions.
