Pear VC Fellows Program 2026

Pear Fellows is an apprenticeship program designed to prepare students for a career in venture capital. The program is highly selective and aims to develop skills in entrepreneurship and deal evaluation, with mentorship and an educational curriculum. Fellows gain hands-on exposure to Pear events, deal flow, and due diligence processes as part of the program.

Unprecedented access to deal flow; immersive mentorship and training; ongoing curriculum via virtual sessions; ownership of Pear events and programming on campus; experience conducting due diligence and forming sector theses.

Open to undergraduate, MBA, and PhD students; proactive, independent thinkers who genuinely want to support entrepreneurs; bonus points for a strong entrepreneurial network or deep industry expertise.
