DAAD Helmut-Schmidt Masters Scholarships 2026

The DAAD Helmut-Schmidt-Programme (Public Policy and Good Governance) offers fully funded master’s scholarships for graduates from developing and emerging countries. The programme provides scholarships to pursue seven master’s programmes at German universities, focusing on public policy, governance, and related social, political, and economic development topics. Benefits include a monthly scholarship, health insurance, travel allowances, a study and research grant, housing subsidies where applicable, and a German language pre-course.
