Asia’s Rising Circle (ARC) 2026–2027 in Singapore

Asia’s Rising Circle (ARC) is a regional youth leadership programme launched by the Singapore International Foundation. It aims to nurture emerging changemakers across Asia through leadership development, resilience building, and cross-border collaboration, with a multi-year, continuing initiative structure and thematic editions.

Includes capacity-building activities such as workshops, human library sessions, policy dialogues, learning journeys and network-building opportunities, with cross-border collaboration potential across Asia.

Suitable for youth leaders, social entrepreneurs, community changemakers, NGO and development practitioners, students and young professionals, and individuals interested in regional cooperation and social impact.
