Tokyo Global Partner Scholarship

The Tokyo Global Partner Scholarship at Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU) is a merit-based scholarship for international students aiming to pursue Master’s and Ph.D. programs in Japan. It offers full tuition and admission fee coverage, international airfare, and a monthly stipend, supporting scholars financially during their graduate studies. The program targets students and professionals affiliated with TMU partner institutions or Tokyo sister cities and related Asian regions.

Full tuition and admission fee coverage, international airfare, monthly stipend of ¥150,000.

Applicants must meet TMU’s graduate program admission requirements and be either an undergraduate student applying for a Master’s program or a Master’s student applying for a Ph.D. program, including researchers or professionals affiliated with a research institution, government body, or company in Tokyo’s sister cities or other Asian countries/regions.
