Women’s Leadership for Peace Emerging Leaders Course 2025

Empowering mid-career women peacebuilders for leadership roles in international peace and security, UNITAR’s Women’s Leadership for Peace Emerging Leaders Course returns in October 2025 with a five-day in-person session in Geneva, Switzerland. The programme provides leadership development, peer networking, and an opportunity to create a personal action plan within a global cohort of women peacebuilders. Participants receive a certificate from UNITAR (must attend ≥80%) and access to an international network.

Designed for self-identifying women with 7–15 years of professional experience in peace, conflict prevention, or related humanitarian/security roles.
