13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training (ASEFPDT13) – Hybrid Program for ASEM Diplomats

The Asia-Europe Foundation invites nominations for the 13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training (ASEFPDT13), a hybrid training program designed to equip diplomats with modern public diplomacy tools. The program combines online learning with an in-person workshop in Singapore, running from September to December 2025. Participants join online sessions and attend a five-day in-person workshop to gain practical skills in strategic communication and audience engagement.

Participants gain practical skills in strategic communication and engagement, become part of a professional network of public diplomacy experts, and participate in both online and in-person learning components.

This program is intended for early to mid-career diplomats from ASEM partner countries, public diplomacy officers and MFA staff, and professionals with a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s plus 3 years’ relevant experience.

Candidates must be officially nominated by their country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs; required documents include nomination email, CV, motivation letter, and any supporting materials.
