Yale Inclusion Economics Research Associate/Predoctoral Fellow

The Yale Inclusion Economics Research Associate/Predoctoral Fellow is a one-year, renewable fellowship in applied economics research based in Kenya, focusing on gender, digital policy, and development. The program offers hands-on fieldwork, data analysis, and opportunities to contribute to policy-relevant research outputs, with collaboration with Yale faculty and local partners. It is open to candidates with strong quantitative skills who are interested in development economics and related fields.

Full-time research appointment for 1 year (renewable), mentorship from Yale faculty and senior researchers, opportunity to contribute to policy-relevant research outputs, and networking with Yale Inclusion Economics community.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in economics, policy, or related fields, demonstrate strong quantitative skills, and be willing to conduct fieldwork in rural Kenya.
