ICP Connect Study Scholarships

The ICP Connect Study Scholarships (VLIR-UOS) offer funded opportunities for students from Africa, Asia, and Latin America to pursue undergraduate, master’s, or postgraduate degrees at Flemish universities and universities of applied sciences and arts in Belgium. The scholarships cover full financial support for programmes taught in English, with selection based on motivation, academic merit, and development potential. The application deadline is February 1, 2026, and final results are announced by VLIR-UOS mid-June 2026.

Full tuition, monthly living allowance, travel costs to and from Belgium, health insurance, board and lodging

Applicants must be citizens from Africa, Asia, or Latin America and demonstrate strong academic merit and motivation aligned with sustainable development goals; preference for those with relevant experience and for female applicants and underrepresented groups.
