International Peace Scholarship (IPS) Fund 2026 for Women Graduate Students in the USA or Canada

The International Peace Scholarship (IPS) Fund supports international women pursuing graduate studies in the United States or Canada. Awards are based on demonstrated financial need and are intended to assist with a portion of academic and personal expenses; applicants must indicate additional resources to meet estimated costs. The maximum award is USD 12,500 per year. Recipients gain entry to a global network of women leaders and changemakers. The award is for one academic year and may be renewable based on need and progress.

A woman who is a citizen of a country outside the United States and Canada, seeking an advanced degree from an accredited institution in the U.S. or Canada, with at least one full year of coursework remaining and plan to be in residence for the entire academic year.
