The Roma Graduate Preparation Program (RGPP) 2025–2026 is a fully funded non-degree program hosted by Central European University (CEU) to prepare Roma graduates from the European Union for English-language Master’s programs in the social sciences and humanities. The program runs full-time from September 2025 to June 2026, with activities at CEU in Budapest and some sessions at CEU’s Vienna campus. It includes academic preparation, English language training, academic writing, leadership development, Roma identity workshops, and support for the master’s application process.

Full scholarship covering tuition, travel, accommodation, monthly stipend, health insurance, and study materials.

申请资格

Applicants must self-identify as Roma, hold citizenship from an EU country, have completed undergraduate studies (diploma submitted at program start), and have intermediate-level English.

Apply via the RGPP Online Application Platform by June 10, 2025, including form, CV, transcripts, motivation letter, essays, letters of recommendation, and possibly another Roma organization letter.
