Mountaintop Fellowship is a paid, one-year, full-time fellowship for local leaders to contribute to systems change in lower-income places worldwide. Fellows receive a grant and participate in a leadership institute at Harvard University, along with mentorship and opportunities for additional funding and ongoing support.

A $3,600 grant paid in installments; two-week Leadership Institute at Harvard University with covered travel, lodging, meals, and visa fees; 1:1 mentorship; opportunities for Catalyst Fund funding up to $2,500; ongoing coaching and virtual activities; networking with alumni.
